UK Postage

up to £20 - sent Royal Mail 1st class - no tracking available, up to £20 is covered for loss/theft/damage.

Over £20 - sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for - no tracking available, but proof of delivery via a signature is available. Up to £50 is covered for loss/theft/damage.

Special Delivery is available, please upgrade at the checkout and let me know the date you need your item by. This guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day. Not available for Friday shipping for Saturday delivery. If you need this service please email me and I can give you a quote for delivery.

International postage

Due to the changes in mail service due to the global pandemic, all items shipped outside of the UK are sent via International Tracked and Signed Shipping where available. Tracking is available with this service plus insurance. Due to time, I don't supply tracking numbers, but if you'd like one please message and I'll forward it to you.

If your item has not arrived within 7-10 days please contact me. If you have paid for a service with tracking I will track it for you. I am not responsible for items being delayed/lost in transit, but I will do my best to help.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options

We accept Card, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Pin Up Curl never receives your credit card information. All secure information is handled by Stripe and Paypal.

Returns & exchanges

I'm happy to exchange an item once agreed. Please return the item within 21 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and once received in its original, unworn condition an exchange is possible. You can choose an alternative up to the value of the original purchase but you, the customer, are responsible for further postage costs.

Returns are not possible for custom and made-to-order items.

If you are returning something from overseas please make sure to mark the box as a return to avoid customs charges.

Lost or Returned Items

If you think your item has been lost or delayed please let me know and I will do my best to help. If your item has not arrived after 30 business days from the estimated date of delivery I have to assume it has been lost and I will offer a refund up to the value of compensation covered per shipping category (postage not included).

For items not picked up from your local depot that have been returned to me, the buyer is responsible for paying return postage back to them. It is the buyers' responsibility to pick items up if delivery was not possible. If the buyer needs to look into an issue with the shipping provider, I will provide as much information as possible to help.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations of ready-made and made-to-order items, I can accept these up to 3 days after the order has been placed.

Custom and personalised orders

Yes, I am more than happy to take custom orders if there is nothing available in the shop to suit your requirements. Custom orders have a minimum value of £25. Just drop me a line with relevant pictures and we can discuss what you'd like. I can then give you a lead-time and create a custom order for you. Refunds or exchanges are not possible for custom and made-to-order items.

Pets and smoking

I have a smoke-free home with a strict no-smoking policy for guests. I do have 3 cats that are mostly kept out of my studio. On the occasion that the naughty kitties get in I prudently check for stray hairs. If you are hyper-allergic to cats I would suggest not buying from my shop, just in case.
